Each player has the right to request the closure of their user account at any time, which can be done by contacting customer support via email at support@olybet.hr or via chat. OlyBet processes the player's request to close their user account within 10 days of receiving the request and informs the player of the closure. The owner of the user account is responsible for transactions on the user account until OlyBet terminates the account. The termination of the user account occurs at the moment when the account status is set to "closed" in the OlyBet system.
